As a Russian: Russia is not open-minded at all, where did you get that idea? Same as in the US, there is a part of population that doesn't know/understand shit about diversity, human rights, etc, but will be eager to tell you that you are not like them (and also live wrong, dress wrong, etc)

Thanks. What about Poland, if you know? I see many anti-immigration right-wingers who are Polish on Reddit but it's Reddit of all platforms and I probably shouldn't trust it.
They hate basically all immigrants, but non catholic the most. It's funny because of how many of them live abroad in Germany, the UK and so on, just for financial reasons.
poland is pretty, do NOT listen to redditors.
If you are white, Poland is ok. Visibly queer people will probably hear some slurs (especially outside major cities). Chance for a real violent hate crime is low though, because in Poland violent crimes are generally very low.
Just stay away from Polish language internet, it's minefield of fascism.
Svalbard, Norway doesn't even require a visa to live there, but you do need to be able to support yourself (basically, have a job lined up before you arrive) and you'll need to be able to enter the Schengen region to get there.
Not sure why you'd want to go out of your way to immigrate to Russia of all places given... Gestures at Putin

It depends on the color of your skin and where you're from, what you bring to the country, etc.
On top of that you could argue that Latvia and Germany are probably more favorable regardless in terms of them enjoying largely functioning rule of law.
Germany: Berlin (such as any other capital city full of immigrants) would be a good choice. Germans are not the best in accepting foreigners as equals, but your freedoms will be protected by laws, and there are so many different sorts of people that you won't look strange, whoever you are
Haven't been there, but on accounts of some friends, and a YouTuber who travelled across South America back and forth, Colombia and Brazil could be good choices. SA cultures look generally warmer and more social. I don't know about the details, but maybe there's someone here who could comment on that (and I'm ok with being completely wrong about everything:) )
For Brazil I'd suggest Curitiba or FlorianΓ³polis as the safest and most likely welcoming. Other cities might be more welcoming but less safe, or more safe and less welcoming.
Uruguay too if you can afford the cost of living. Just visited there myself.

I heard Latvia is really safe. Maybe Kyrgyzstan too but I can't say, all I know is that a girl who bullied my girlfriend was born there but can't say about the people there...

Berlin is up to about 30% first and second generation immigrants. It's very international. It's the second largest city in the world for Turkish populations after Istanbul.
Ultimately probably comes down to which countries culture you'd assimilate best into

It depends if it's legal or illegal, if you have enough money you can migrate to basically any country except North Korea. About skin color the darker your skin color you will be more segregated in general in any country unless you go to a country where the majority of people have darker skin color than you.
Hopefully I can do it legally, and makes sense. My skin is very pale.
