There is literally no context in which "I loved the torture video" can be said by a decent or even redeemable person.

I can list a lot of torture videos from videogames and film I love. But no this was absolutely an actual video.

I believe the name.of the purveyor of the torture video was Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, unless I misunderstood the reports.
