Uhh, I don't think ancient roman is a good example, unless barbarism, constant expansionism, slavery and patriarchy is your thing, and I'm skipping over a lot of other fucked up shit like forced sex based on status quo. While their culture was indeed rich, they were far from being an example country.
EDIT: Even carthage, the country rome destroyed, would be a better example.
Still looking for a single leftist here who claims they support communism. I constantly see it being attributed to the left, but in real life scenarios I just don't see it, only in memes, unless you meant socialism, which is a healthy system of every country, including US.

I do. I generally look at groups who disregard or make fun of others purely based on race or gender as not mentally healthy places to be in, like incel subreddits.
The formula tends to also be quite simple - take something a man/woman says, then find a funny counter-argument in the thread, screenshot the two together and you got a post. Does not matter which gender we're talking about, it's pretty much always the same. Some reddit subreddits were borderline extremist in this approach, showing signs of aggression or calls for violence towards women.
What's the context for these protests? I'm out of loop, what dis UCLA do to deserve such protests and unrest?

I answered to a comment that said "Qobuz, which is from France". I was quite clearly, obviously arguing that bit, not the companies. My point was that western europe is not the moral high ground and something being from France does not automatically, by default, make it better.
