Is it really worse if it's done with drones ? Or are you just learning about the children massacres ?

Concentration camps were discovered in 1945 I think. Fascists don't care that you have no proof. They kill people and appease you with lies.

You're at the step where the murders are still hidden. Next step is when they're justified. Oh wait, it's already happening when people are killed in the streets for opposing ice. Next step is more people join the ranks of the great enemy of the inside. And at some point, either you agree with all the killing, or you shut up because talking puts you on the wrong side of the government guns.

Funny for an ecologist to admit that you don't care about climate change if nuclear power is can be ended.

For your interest, it's at least 20 years that renewables do absolutely nothing for CO2 emissions. Meanwhile nuclear power is carbon free since the 70's.

Wind and solar can't get us free of CO2 yet.

Capitalism can only provide basic services to everyone if those services are borderline slavery. It works for all the basic needs : food, healthcare, construction.

One might say it only works through slavery for everything because most of the non essential things come from other countries you can call colonies. But the thing is that without redistribution the basic services cannot be paid correctly.

What I see is anti-China propaganda where everything bad is denounced when China does it but ignored when it's the west and their allies.

I see many more post about "China evil" than I see about Saoudi Arabia or Israël.

In fact, the "China evil" propaganda is very often a form of whataboutism to avoid the same or worst problems in the west. In French there is a say that goes like "it's easier to see the straw in the eye of you neighbour than to see the beam in your own eye."

I'm not excusing anything. I'm just looking at targeted blame. China is the most terrible country for everything it does. Just don't look anywhere else, especially not the allies of the west.

I've never seen an article about France on this matter. Is it more important if it's in China ? That is the link you refuse to see I guess.

You're missing the problem here.

What will happen in the west (and is already happening) is that companies will automate the jobs and fire the employees because they don't need them anymore.

But with this, bo more jobs will be created, and the liberals in power are hard at the task of deleting any employment. So people who are fired and can't find a new job will just starve or build an alternate economy cyberpunk style.

The first step to prevent this crisis is to forbid companies to fire employees for this specific reason. This will give time for the society (people, government) to find solutions.

Another problem of letting companies do whatever they want is what is expected to happen : companies fire people now not because ai can replace them, but in order to hire them later in much worse conditions than before, with ai monitoring the job of the workers.

I 100% agree that ai is the future that can free us from work. But you can't simply let things happen, because it would severely disrupt the whole society.
