I'm not from the US, so I'm mega confused... Why are they allowed to take this person after the case was dismissed?
They aren't.
Then why is security not stopping them but stopping everyone else. Fucking hell.
Widespread fear, caused by terrorism and threat of violence and being disappeared.
Yep. Every sniff of complaint gets met with an investigation threat. .
Fascism is currently in control
Same reason why security didn't stop the Gestapo in Nazi Germany.
