The letter seems incoherent to me. It says that ACP considers undocumented Mexican immigrants to be de facto US citizens because of "historic ties to the land". The letter doesn't mention being against deportation of other immigrants.

Trump's administration has had focus on deporting migrants who express criticism of Israel or support socialism. Trump's administration has also had a focus on targeting immigrants from Venezuela. Many immigrants came to the US from Venezuela as asylum seekers because of the sanctions that the US placed on Venezuela in Trump's first term and remained during the Biden presidency.

The letter seems to say that ACP thinks that the protesters are pawns of the Democrats and that ICE is unconstitutional. They present themselves as against both. I think they're more against the protests. It's odd that they only say that they support Mexican immigrants but not other immigrants.
