I didn't enthusiastically agree to anything...and I certainly wasn't informed about anything related to any promise before hand either
No EULA either, the terms of this are shaky at best
No one ever enthusiastically agrees to any of those either.
You might be on to something here
it says on paper that I can't sue disney even if they end up killing me...I never read that agreement and I never enthusiastically agreed to it. Who would ever agree to give up their rights like that? Not me. I never agreed to do that, and it should be illegal for something like that to be in the ToS of anything
