Sorry, but the criminal facing about a hundred federal charges in the US hand-picked the court that says Freedom of Speech doesn't apply to you because you might be a:

Female
Minority
Democrat
Gay
Trans
Too young
Too old
Too Brown
Too poor
Too liberal
Person who doesn't donate to the Supreme Court Justices

I guess the idea is that restricting access to a backback with "I have a bomb" is a violation of Free Speech. Which causes those people that think everyone wants to talk about politics to come out the woodwork.
