Can we combat the rising sea level from climate change by building massive dams?
Sure, but it would have to be around the polar ice caps. And even then, I'd guess you'd need a dome to prevent the water from evaporating and going past the dam.
polar ice caps and a gigantic dome? Sounds a bit like the wet dream of a flat earther
