After identifying as Rs since they were born, they will never not vote R. The platform doesn’t matter, they will parrot off any fake Fox Newz talking points without caring or understanding what they mean. Without hesitation they’ll vote a goat over Trump if the goat has the R next to its name.

Exactly this. Conservatives love to whine about Democrats and "identity politics," but like everything else... projection.

The R is part of their identity.
