That's not what Basic Income is for. Basic income is meant to cover your basics for survival, a safety net. If you want any additional money you're meant to still work for it. It's not a replacement for employment.
I have a pretty good idea of what UBI is. But in this context, we are talking about people in the arts; they shouldn't be employed somewhere, so that they can devote themselves entirely to creating art.
