And who decides what "good" art is? That's completely subjective!

Also basic income should be universal, instead of restricting it more.

If someone wants to live as a failed artist on basic income: let them. Perhaps they even find an art form that they like if they have enough time to figure it out.

Passion, wanting more money, actually liking the job you do, being recognized for your work, helping people

The main one probably is still "wanting more money". UBI doesn't stop you from working and earning money: it just doesn't force you to do it.

Them not really checking anything is the best part of than my opinion, because then anyone can have a basic income for trying to culturally improving themselves.
This is such a great win.
