It's the view that the binary - i.e. two party - system in place in the USA is not good enough.
The slogan on the poster is "if kamala won we'd be at brunch"; which ignores the multitudes of issues that any kamala presidency would have brought. It's not like she said to sanction Israel or to actually help people out of poverty. Instead she is a symbol of the status quo, that which her party represents.
The status quo that f.ex made sure US prison population is the highest worldwide (by population percentage)
The whole post is critizising the polarization, as it has turned the two parties into "good and evil" only depending on which party you support.
