Even Nazis have human rights, whether you like it or not. Also, just calling everyone you don't like a Nazi doesn't make your homicidal fantasies any more justified.
First of all, human rights are a collectively-agreed-upon fiction which nazis have wiped their asses with and the only true law in this world is physics, so jot that down. Second, you sound exactly like those internet losers in 2015. "Oh but you just call everyone a nazi" while motherfuckers are wearing swastikas and seig heling in the streets. Take your "Nobody is a nazi actually😏" shit back to eleven years ago when it still had currency, adults are talking.

If those people are fascists, and are the ones preventing the collectivization of production and distribution in order to satisfy everyone's needs, then a worthwhile society can absolutely be created via revolution. The ones that overthrow fascists are in fact better than fascists.
