Hunger Games: the resistance I guess
Star Wars: mostly the empire
Matrix: the answer is love, not a side, did you even watch it
Divergent: never heard of it
V: Guy Fucks wasn't the good guy
I'm only 1/5 on my resistance score
you sided with the empire in star wars? wtf?
matrix: no, that’s not at all the point, did you even watch the trilogy?
divergent: me neither.
V for Vendetta: Guy Fawks is the 18th century person who the mask and holiday is named after, the protagonist is named “V” (his true name is revealed later but that doesn’t matter).
he’s definitely the good guy, and fighting a fascist dictatorship put into place after a virus and pandemic was released in order to control people….
i never watched hunger games, mostly because the directors son was a school shooter and the whole story was ripped off from “battle royale”.
but, i think you’re a psychopath…
Star Wars is too silly to take seriously. I rather play as clones or the empire because tie fighters sound cool, green lasers > red lasers, clean designs are better than Fallout trash sci fi, etc. It's not like I'm siding with Cardassia.
Matrix is surely about love being used to break cycles and the realization that it's not "the matrix" but "a matrix." The digital world was a matrix designed to imprison humans. But also the way humans thought was another matrix that had to be escaped. Each is a prison that shapes what humans perceive.
I'll tell you what. I'll balance liking Darth Vader with being on the side of nature in Ferngully. And I'll throw in praise for Atredes and Picard.
