Who do you think is prosecuting all these cases against the government and stalling their agenda?
I don't really know. Nobody seems to really be in jail, and their agenda keeps happening so enlighten me please.
Supreme Court loses 9-0. Garcia released from super max. They haven't sent any other migrants to el salvador, yet. Initial wins on dei cases, federal employee cases... etc. I by no means am here to educate you so you can either say your peace and lay off me or I'll just ignore you for forever. Your choice.
You know none of those are "wins" right? Garcia is where? Trump's admin is not following the supreme courts orders (and they seem to not care), They are still rounding up people and putting them in camps and as far as I can tell your federal employees are still fired crippling your government further.
This is just more of the odd "teams" nature of what the usa has become, and now both "teams" are in their own silos reading their own news about how the other side is "losing" all while the free world burns.
Tell me, what would you have them do, aside from the obvious like being more vocal and better at controlling the media narrative.

Schumer can suck my balls any day of the week but one thing he was right about was trumps agenda would back fire all on it's own. I still think he's a pussy removed and we'll never see any real payoff on it but right now trump owns the shit economic down turn and a government shut down would have just allowed more scapegoating.

Urgh, no they are not "keeping" power from the republicans at this point. The usa is ether A) needing new parties or B) done
I understand the sentiment (believe me, we agree more on the democrats than we disagree), but unless you've got some guns you're gonna go shoot in DC that's probably not gonna be how it happens.
Otherwise, we cannot get new parties (with legit political power on a federal level) without serious election reform, reform that will only happen from within the current party structure. So while we need new parties in the long run, we've got some work to do for which we are going to have to work with Democrats.

Fix your shit please, not really going to tell you how to do it, just know that the world is watching your stupid tribalism in action and are getting sick of the states painting literally everything in blue or red. You don't have a functioning democracy at the moment and its looking like soon will not have a functioning rule of law, at what point will the american people realise they are in that part of the history books?
Yeah, you're dead on, and believe me, a lot of us know it, and I hope we do fix it. I'm doing as much as I can I guess, and I promise that there are a lot of other people doing what they can, even if its not publicized like the bad stuff. We'll see if it matters in the end.
