So today I’m taking out my fidget toy to work (neatly hidden away in my pocket) and so far I do have to say it helps. Every now and then I click the buttons and it shuts my mind up for a few seconds during which I can refocus.

It’s strangely soothing. It also does give me a headache when I do it too much.

What are your findings?

I've used one of these spinny toys for years now. It works great for me. Usb for scale.
