There are a few small resistance cella that I've seen being built up before the war months ago, however they were very early. I think that resistance in the West Bank is likely to build up over time and potentially accelerate with the death of Mahmoud Abbas.

Also the more that the zionist increase their depravity the more it will result in an eventual counter balance. Though due to the nature of the occupation, I don't think we will be aware of a lot of it until much later.
