But its like special relativity.

If you’re moving at high speed through a vacuum, you can equally describe it as you being stationary and everything else moving past you. Science fact.

So relative to your own unique ableness (set of personal strengths and weaknesses) its everyone “normal” that is disabled.

If the majority of people were autistic then being autistic would be the normal and society build to accommodate our diverse needs. A neurotypical stereotype in such world might hit many challenges and struggle instead and they would get the disabled label for it.
