A concerningly large percentage of US voters seem to only be able to think about last week, this week, and next week.
That's the extent of their ability to think and plan
I'll tell you why, in 2 weeks
An entire week in both directions is a stretch. Many seem to have reduced that to a day or even less. If it isn't happening to them right now, they don't know about it.
And the political establishment knows that and the media class never hold a flame to the politicians balls which is why trump can get away with saying something will happen in two weeks and it gets forgotten and he is never held to account
