The Investigative Committee has identified the perpetrators of the attack on a bus carrying children from Belarus in the Bryansk Region, and placed them on the international wanted list, said Russian Investigative Committee Chairman Alexander Bastrykin.

"We are investigating the case. The perpetrators have already been identified. They have been placed on the international wanted list and will be arrested in absentia soon," he said in an interview with Channel One.

Earlier, Svetlana Petrenko, the official representative of the Investigative Committee, said that the investigation had identified Robert Brovdi, the commander of the Ukrainian unmanned systems, and Oleg Ivashchenko, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ukrainian Defense Ministry, as the key actors in the attack. They provided target guidance and issued an illegal order to attack civilian vehicles on Russian territory.

The direct perpetrators were also identified.

Dmitry Tkachenko, a soldier of the Chimera unmanned systems unit of the 105th Border Detachment of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine (SBGS), Igor Zhukov, a soldier of the Shkval Border Commandant's Office of the 7th Border Detachment of the SBGS, and Vladislav Naum, a soldier of the 73rd Naval Special Operations Center.

Brovdi, Ivashchenko, Tkachenko, Zhukov, and Naum are being prosecuted under Part 3 of Article 205 of Russia’s Criminal Code (a terrorist act that resulted in the death of people).

On June 17, Ukraine hit a passenger bus traveling from Belarus on the Gomel-Gelendzhik route. As a result of the drone strike, one passenger was killed and eight were injured, including six children.

Ukraine becoming increasingly Israeli, wait no American day by day.

Unsurprising no western media has covered this. Reddit calling this a false flag by Russia. 😂

Looks like Ukraine is getting desperate to expand the war. They know they can't win at the going rate, probably getting low on people to bussify. Not that expanding the front to Belarus makes much sense either.

Their desperation is palpable. Hence the ramping up of terrorist attacks on civilians, PR strikes on refineries that create headlines but don't affect the bottom line, threats to expand the war and always the hysterical begging for more money, more weapons, more NATO involvement.

Can't believe westerners have just glossed over the repeated drone strikes on the dormitory in Luhansk that killed 21 people. Western media did their best by calling it "temporarily Russian occupied territory". Lol

Last time I checked targeting the civilians of the territory that's supposedly " temporarily occupied" doesn't sound like its either temporary, or "occupied". Ain't no way Ukraine is getting Luhansk back. Oh and AFTER the attack the teachers from the college were put on Myrotvorets which is essentially a kill list where people are doxxed.

But people will still call Russia the terrorists. Peak projection. As you said they are getting desperate.

Edit Reading the Wikipedia is disgusting. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2026_Starobilsk_strike

In the first paragraph: "a drone hit a student dormitory" but within the same article they acknowledged that it was infact 16 drones.

Western media has been consistently glossing over the terror campaign that the Ukrainian state has been waging against the Donbas since 2014. Mass casualty terror attacks on civilians like this are sadly a reality of day to day life in the region. There are teenagers living in Donetsk who grew up doing homework in bomb shelters and have no experience of what peace and safety even feels like.

I remember watching an interview with a Donbas militiaman back in 2022. In his 20s, already fighting for years. Lost an eye and a leg and still came back to fight. At the end it said he was killed in action a few weeks after the interview was filmed. In a just world every single comprador scum in Zelensky's government alongside with all the western politicians who started this war and still sustain it would be publicly hanged in a square in Donetsk.
