I came across u/impractical_island a while back on the Just Post community here on Lemmy, and I was kind of fascinated by the delusional rambling. At first, I thought it was low-effort trolling, but I investigated their post history a little further, and it became clear that it's untreated/undertreated mental illness (specifically schizoaffective disorder, per their comment history). There's actually a little bit of lore you can string together out of the nonsense. I check in on their profile every once in a while to see what's new in the "monadic nodal communication system." I hope they get the help they need, they claim they're on medication, but it seems to be ineffective as the delusional shit-posting continues. I read this comment and immediately clocked it as the same person.
Thank you for this. I had assumed it was a troll account and that they are bullshitting about the mental health stuff. Yeesh.
Bro, I'm a neurodivergent human being speaking without filters to help you understand that there are people who are just like this. I'm happy I'm a cool enough train wreck you crane your neck to see, but I'm a human being, too. I don't know who you are, but I think you're cool. I'd tell you I love you, but my mom's intuition tells me you're one of those people who would think that's weird. At least you know my lore. That's all I give a shit about, he says fasciously as a joke, cuz that's what I make out of my life.
Please see a psychiatrist if you are able, your current medication regimen seems to not be treating you effectively.
They don't know shit, cuz I'm honest with them and deliberately like this on the internet as it has a skillfully deployed effect on collective consciousness, and if you want me to explain that, please give me five upvotes on this comment and I will explain what, exactly, I am doing. It's really quite simple, if you have the capacity to give me what I'm asking; not much.
