To continue on my previous post (but I can't as you will understand after reading this post), my profile shows that I have made 17 posts, but I can only see 2 random ones. I can't see any of my other activities. They are from 2 different communities and in the other I have made multiple posts, but only that one does up in my profile. It is my own community as well.

That is an odd relic from Lemmy and I'm always baffled that they can't get rid of the setting. This should be an entirely client-side setting.

Summit's own implementation should work perfectly. It has its own similar setting for hiding read posts. You can click on the eye in a community to toggle between showing and hiding read posts.
