I don't give a shit if reddit persists, what I want is an alternative to gain enough users that it can replicate what reddit used to be 15 years ago.
And I don't want more users because I saw how much worse Reddit was than dedicated forums.

Same. From what I can tell, userbase size Is The #1 most important thing, so.just being here and commenting is huge. Posting stuff is even better
Exactly. But for non-english speakers it's even harder, because their niches are even smaller
