I'm aware of Putin's existence, history, and practices. I'm also aware that a lot in the world changed in the 25 years between 1991 and 2016. I'd be willing to hear an argument that Putin is trying to start Cold War 2, there's some truth to that. But the first one? The consensus amongst most of the world is that it's over and the US won. One man's amition or opinion does not undo history, no matter what position he holds
