Is it possible to add more buttons/commands to the top of the right-click menu? (europe.pub)

Doesn't have to be on that particular section of the menu, but can I add commands/buttons willy-nilly somewhere on that menu?

I might interface with the Great Satan and get AI to vibe code one for me in that case ๐Ÿ˜†

I mentioned this in another comment, but essentially I was hoping to be able to do something along these lines:
