More like Spanish and Portuguese former colonies. Since USA, Canada, Australia, India, etc not that great at football ⚽
India is beating UK at cricket.
And Australia was beating them before that.
We beat them so bad, they declared Cricket dead, burned a cricket ball and now we compete for the ashes of that ball.
