It's not being updated any more, so you'll need to use a replacement, like fastfetch.

It's KDE Plasma 6 with one of the one-click Global Themes applied.
And likely some customization on top of that. Plasma is awesome.

how did you get the window buttons to line up as they should? i have the same theme and a big gap between the close and fullscreen button :)
