Wouldn't a much greater trick be for Satan to convince you to do his work, but in God's name?

Even greater if just some random dude invented both God and Satan so y'all have two people to consider fucking ya over when it's really just that random dude wearing a cross/crescent/Star and telling you about how the book he wrote is the word of God and if you don't believe it then Satan will get ya!

Religion: the world's oldest false dilemma.

If JD Vance had any ability to identify demons there is no way he would have ended up in his current role.

JD be stealin' my crazy aunt's conspiracy theories. "They don't exist because they can't get here from there! And they're DEMONS!"

Lifted from The Usual Suspects.

The actual quote is by French poet Charles Baudelaire: "The finest trick of the devil is to persuade you that he does not exist"

I hate that such a great movie has not one but two(that I’m aware of) prolific sex pests involved, it’s not the films fault but it still sucks

So George Clinton is Baphomet? That’s crazy.

“I mean, every great world religion including Christianity, the one that I believe in, has understood that there are weird things out there and there are things that are very difficult to explain,” said Vance. “And I naturally go, when I hear about sort of extra-natural phenomenon, that’s where I go to is the Christian understanding that, you know, there’s a lot of good out there, but there’s also some evil out there.”

Bro really said the celestial beings are actually the bad guys...

Like, if the heavens are full of demons to JD, where exactly does his god live?
