That’s such a surreal moment, its probably more likely that it’s exactly like he said and he’s just old and said “invasion of Iraq” so many times that he fell into muscle memory, but his “Iraq too” sounded like regret.

He doesn’t deserve an ounce of sympathy and I’m not giving him any, it’s just very interesting to see a potential admission of fault from someone as guilty as W.

Wasn't it a combination of "Daddy Issues" and "Twisted Christianity Trying to Call Fourth the End Times, so Sky Daddy Will Come Home" (as opposed to normal Christians that think killing is a straight line to Hell)?

Shit. Just daddy issues.

W was the dry run for what's going on now. Proof of concept.

The rampant open corruption, the way the coalition provisional authority was run outside any legal framework, largely in secret, then dissolved after everyone got themselves paid, the use of a mentally deficient patsy to distract attention, the bald-face lying without even the pretext of fact, openly torturing non-whites, legislating to invade the hague if we're charged for any of our war crimes, putting obviously unqualified regime partisans on the court, etc.

Yep, just like Bill Clinton, he killed a million Iraqi children just to watch em die. Those two were more alike than not, it's unsurprising they got on well after politics.

I always see Alfred E. Neumann in this photograph. What, me worry?
