Apple argued that the logo resembled an apple with a detached leaf and a bite.
It isn't an apple, the leaf is attached, there's no bite
Apple claimed the citrus fruit logo would take unfair advantage of Apple's reputation
They don't look similar at all and pretty much no one in good faith would see Yichun Qinningmeng Electronics' logo and think they're affiliated with Apple.
They really have nothing better to do
