They shouldn't be allowed to track critics at all. No biometric data, no PII, no web monitoring etc. Unless the court decides there's a credible threat.

That's a relief. I'm glad they stopped, because they have such respect for the law.
Glad to hear that one day DHS might be sued for keeping all this data on critics of ICE, which you and I are not. 😉
