8. Misinformation is prohibited.
Misinformation / propaganda is strictly prohibited. Any comment or post containing or linking to misinformation will be removed. If you feel that your post has been removed in error, credible sources must be provided.
9. No link shorteners or news aggregators.
All posts must link to original article sources. You may include archival links in the post description. Don't worry. Persecuting christians is super easy. You just have to be gay and exist.
Its also annoying for me since it was used multiple times in Scotland as effectively signal fires, there's some prime borrowed symbolism but no the fucken Klan got their hands on it. Red bandanas and burning crosses would be prime fucken symbolism at wildcat strikes, eh guess we can steal something from the Norse blood eagle a scab.

Merlin Lu admitted to a TV station this week that he was responsible for the cross burning in Grant Park on June 9. But he insisted that he was protesting President Donald Trump and was not using the cross as a historical symbol of hate and intimidation against Black people.

Lu said he was protesting the “ruling class” and Christian nationalists who support Trump.
Uhh... glad he admitted it. Duhh
“I did know about this historical relevance beforehand. But I didn’t know the severity, how racially motivated it may seem from what I did,” Lu told the TV station. “Cause my protest has nothing to do with race, nothing to do with gender.”
Did he bring and set up the cross too, or just set fire to something that was already there? I'm really hoping that someone set up a pro-Trump cross and this guy was just burning it down
