Proprioception in your mouth is weird if you don't actively practice.
And it helps with cross training your tongue for other tasks.

Orating tongue-twisters
Once you've trained the oral dexterity for other tasks, you just need to add an effective strategy. One I've had good results with is to think of a message and then spell it out with your tongue right on the button. This combines a set of repetitive motions with unpredictability.
