Oh come on OP! This is the cooking community not baking!
All jokes aside, that looks incredible.
I didn't even know it existed, I'll cross-post, thanks!
Lmao I was just being an ass I didn't know if existed either π€£ I'm going to follow it too, thanks!
Looks fantastic but it needs more meringue.
In my defense, you got a cut of the slice around the domes, this is actually an instance with more meringue than the recipe called for...
I'll consider going even further next time, maybe make smaller, tighter packed domes with the same meringue amount or go with yet more meringue. The beauty of that version of the recipe is that the yolks all go in the lemon curd while the whites do the meringue with no waste...
You could make more curd too and still have no waste.
That's what I already did in the first place and I think more curd would be too much...
If anything, I think maybe my meringue didn't rise enough...
That looks good as hell. Nice baking!
Did you do this for Lemon Meringue Pie day?
Nah I'm not from the US uwu
I only ask because I'm always pushing my wife to celebrate the real holidays.
We celebrated Hot Fudge Sundae Day this year:
