The game is "real", but everything is pretty blatantly done with AI, even the game description

I was going to, but you beat me to it. There's also the player with one leg.
That title screen surely looks AI generated. The gameplay doesn't look like what the title screen would give away. How can the Xbox handle a game like this? Where's quality control?
The lack of quality control may the the only believable part.
Judging by the in-game screenshots with huge on screen buttons, it seems MS's lack of quality control is somehow even worse than Google's, as the game is not on the play store.
