Looks like Reddit will finally do something about their powermod problem and prohibit individuals from moderating more than 5 large subreddits at once. (rdrama.net)

TL;DR: A leaked Reddit admin policy change will reportedly limit accounts to moderating only one large subreddit (1M+ weekly viewers) and up to five medium-sized subreddits (100k+ weekly viewers). This is seen as a response to past subreddit blackouts over API changes, with some moderators allegedly planning to circumvent the restrictions.
