They haven't removed it. It's still in various places, like here: https://abc.xyz/investor/founders-letters/ipo-letter/

As meaningless as ever, but no, not removed. There was once a period of clickbait articles saying so, but they were fake or misleading, like saying "Google removed it [from the foreword by moving it to the ending statement]"
