Obviously there are limits; if you can disarm a potential murderer then you do that instead of killing them. But I'm pretty sure this very obviously comical conversation between a father and child doesn't rise to that level of severity where it needs to be reigned in ;D
On one hand, you're 100% correct that this would be a bad thing to do. On the other hand, the absurdity of repeatedly shooting a VPOTUS just to feminize him is the whole joke.
I think a more serious plan would be to use the tranquilizer dart as a tranquilizer, so that multiple forms of GAC could be administered all at once, such as shaving and skincare.
Honestly, this is starting to sound like a service I would pay for.
I'm imagining like a team of alien wildlife biologists regularly showing up and tranqing him, taking measurements, performing various feminizing treatments, administering hormones, swapping batteries on the tracker, etc.

As someone who's dealt with gender dysphoria I gotta ask: If I'm cool with slowly and painfully liquifying the guys organs, what's a bit of temporary dysphoria which is inherently easier to treat for him than it is us trans folx?
