MODERATORS
It's very weird. It's good I guess that they're employing trans people but is this the only job they're offering to them, and is the job only open to them? Why? And what's with the 10 days intensive trans-only recruitment? How and why did they do this? And why are they surprised that trans people can do jobs just as well as anyone else? It all feels a bit off.
