They are operating without insurance. That's really the hold-up on sailing through the strait. Most ships are waiting on the reissue of war risk insurance.
Looks like the Spanish government is likely to lose the next election sometime in the next 18 months. 🤷
The blessing might have been the beginning of their downfall.
Hungarians will have a new government in a few weeks. Ukraine just needs to outlast the election cycle.
