Make food for friends two days a week and f in a dog bed while watching great movies after eating.

I get some pretty great results by having a pan in the oven preheated to 450F° and then pour boiling water in it when you put them in and close the door and then 26 minutes later you turn off the oven and just leave it open to cool Absolutely terrifying, but oh my god the crusts are shatteringly crispy when they come out...

Ah yes, because using a phone to record something requires you to physically glue your eyes to the screen, with no ability whatsoever to look up after getting it set up...
Especially now that it's usually 3 swipes and a button press away...

I am really glad I never encountered this type of bs when I first started without first being innoculated by other trans people who were starting older than me...
I started questioning at like 20 or 21, and fully realized a year later, and then I got on hrt at 23... I just don't like big pieces of mostly raw onion. If it's in a dish it's great, but if you put a slab of raw onion on my burger I still will remove it. Minced onion is fine, but a lot of places put way too much on, so I have to scrape a bit off first...

for larger bits of mushroom just cook them like you hate them before anything else. It's really difficult to burn them, so just keep cooking them until they stop screaming and then add them to liquid as late as possible. The thing that makes them slimy is cooking them in moisture, so by doing this you will guarantee that they don't become slimy

Don't forget cellery, carrots and the rest of the aromatics!
