I have a Camelbak that I got as I was ETSing from the US Army in 2005. There are a few threads starting to come loose, but it has survived very well out in the field.

I've had good luck with Patagonia. I also kept my field jacket from the Army, which is 20+ years old now.

You can get a field jacket from any military surplus shop in the US, or from flea markets like Peddler's Mall.

I'm fairly certain that there's not enough frozen water to completely submerge all land, if melted.

Haven't looked into estimates in about 10 years, but the estimates back then were just for significant lowlands being lost.
