Hey, I have a book written by the guy of the bottom paper. It's called "de eendenman(the duck man)" and although he derails really quickly it's a pretty fun and interesting read. I think he starts talking about penis shorteners halfway through and a guy who is legally dead at some point?

It's french because of the subdomain. The main domain(https://news-pravda.com/) is in English and from a quick scan indeed seems to be at least Russia friendly.
