Hi all,

I saw this question posted about 4 months ago but didn’t see an answer. Is there a way to clone an esim to a sim. I’m looking to utilize an old Sidekick for the physical buttons and keep the iphone 14 as a back up for data if i need it. Thank you!

Now i’m curious. Was it just a lot of dust and dried Inc. or what else was in them?

Instructions unclear, I’ve given the whole printer a bath and now all it does is blow bubbles

I appreciate the info! I’ll be honest, I understand wiring and hardware but I get out of my depth once we start getting into firmware and software.

I’m thanking my lucky stars that Octoprint was as easy as it was. That being said, if that open source ams makes any progress, I might just reach out since it seems like klipper is the only thing it’ll work with. If you don’t mind, I may reach out when I get the courage up to give it a shot.

I appreciate your confidence in me, but I don’t think up for trying to learn how to deal with it. I don’t do well with troubleshooting firmware/software when things go tits up

Thank you!

I have a pi 4b running octoprint hooked up. Is there any advantage to going the klipper route?

In theory it shouldn’t mater if i use 4.2.2 firmware on the 4.2.7 board right?

After tuning my vref, the printer was missing steps still. I pulled the trigger and am swapping from the 4.2.2 to the 4.2.7 creality board to see if that resolves the issue.

While i was in there, I figured I’d put another z axis motor on there.

Do you guys have any recommendations on firmware or should I just stick with creality’s?

I left the print over the weekend and I came back to spaghetti. It looks like something, caused the printer to push the print off its base like it was a poorly leveled bed?

I still have to watch the camera footage to see what failed, but I hope you guys get a chuckle out of the spaghetti monster like I did.

A few of you may remember my post about the back end of my boat falling off and wanted to say thank you for all of your advice/encouragement!

I started building a new rudder a couple weeks ago and am probably a couple weeks out from getting it finished up. The hole in the back end has been sealed up and I built a much stronger mounting point than the original system.

I found a template of my boats rudder and modeled a copy then 3d printed the core. Between the fiberglass and the rods I’ve added for rigidity, I’m hoping it works out well. It may be coming up to October, but I think I’ll get at least one test run before the season ends.

I took the boat out for its first sail this year and lost the rudder.

Do you guys think this is reparable or am I buying a new boat? It’d be a shame to lose her over something so stupid

Hi all! I was curious to see if anyone had any recommendations for an enclosure for the Ender V3 Neo. I found a few on Amazon, but they look like grow tents and wasn’t sure if that would work well. For a bit of context, it seems like an enclosure is a must have for ABS printing which is ultimately what I’m after.

Thanks everyone!
