WASHINGTON, Jan 28 (Reuters) - The Federal Bureau of Investigation is executing a search warrant at a Fulton County election office in Georgia related to the 2020 election, a law enforcement official familiar with the matter said on Wednesday.

FBI agents were spotted entering the Fulton County Election Hub and Operation Center, said Fox News, which first reported the search of a new facility that state officials opened in 2023.

The probe is related to the 2020 election, which Republican President Donald Trump lost to Democrat Joe Biden, the official said.

This appears to be a dramatic escalation of Donald Trump’s Big Lie - the baseless claim that the 2020 election was stolen from him (it wasn’t), and yet another instance of the executive branch weaponizing the FBI against Donald Trump’s political adversaries.

Currently dying of cringe.

A viral Reddit confessional about a "major food delivery app" posted January 2nd is most likely AI-generated. The original post by user Trowaway_whistleblow alleged that an unnamed food delivery company regularly delays customer orders, calls couriers "human assets," and exploits their "desperation" for cash, among other indefensible actions. Nearly 90,000 upvotes and four days later, it's become increasingly clear that the post's text is probably AI-generated.

Really disappointed. Walz and his family have been subject of an ugly, horrible, and xenophobic smear campaign and he's a good strong leader that I really admire. I hope that this isn't the end of his career in politics.

Just started “The Outer Worlds” for the first time. Been meaning to try it for years, finally got around to it and enjoying it so far!

I use NetNewsWire and feeeed. NetNewsWire is a good traditional RSS reader, and feeed for when I want something more akin to a personalized "newspaper" than just a straight feed.

Of course we're already deep into the well of fascism. My comment wasn't meant to trivialize that - I thought it was obvious. It was only meant to highlight that things continue to get even worse.

Washington DC is sliding further into fascism all because a kid named "Big Balls", who was put in a leadership position of dismantling the federal government, got beat up by a bunch of 15 year olds. this is truly the dumbest timeline.

I like the user experience. I like the quality of the third party apps available. I like Apple's stated commitment to privacy. I don't trust Google.
