Here's my girls fighting over who gets to be the paper bag princess.

My brother wants to for Father's Day is volunteer at the local women's shelter. Not really a father but has two dogs. But is afraid to even ask because he is male. How does he go about this? in c/nostupidquestions@lemmy.world

I'm purely speculating on this, but it's possible they don't have a good relationship with their father (e.g. could have been abusive to their mother) and they therefore want to do something to help women in similar situations rather than honour their father that day.

Can confirm my mom's cat loves catching and eating frogs/toads by her backyard pond. As others have said it's not advisable to allow as there's risk of poison, salmonella, etc.

I am on my phone and can scroll up and down, it's just the 'Clues Up & Down' box itself is cut off after 4.

EDIT: Solved by switching to desktop mode.
