i’d wager that this parent’s gripe is not about the word “bozo” but that their child’s behavior was criticized.

the first time he did it, i was horrified but i realized that it looks much worse than it actually feels lol

first of all, many veterans are now locked out of healthevet since the new login was implemented. there are thousands of us whose identities the system cannot verify, for one reason or another

secondly - weird that you have not had consecutive appointments canceled before, since it’s been happening with increasing frequency over the past decade
