I really hope trump pulled one of those surprise handshake-tugs he was doing back in the day, lol

Private incarceration companies
This is some future we've built/inherited, huh?
Think deportation could be on the table? Default on your loan and off to El Salvador? There's no telling with these assholes
Wow, I'm glad to see something actually happen. Good for her, not backing down and standing up for her children's rights. That's a great mom!
Edit: and what a bunch of slimy fucking shits to drag a woman physically out of a town hall for calling a bunch of cowards out. They proved their cowardice with that response.
I still got a chuckle out of it. Thanks, mate 🍻
Wow, i haven't heard anyone mention Fark in ages! I spent a lot of time there before Digg...
Just in time for tariffs 🫠
Yeah, "victimhood campaign" is probably the most blatant example of projection I've seen from them in a while, and that's really saying something for this group of fuckfaces
To whom exactly? The corporation that will gladly dispose of you as a cost-cutting measure once they find a way to replace you with cheaper labor? Or perhaps instead a soon-to-be-cut government agency?
Our existence here is simply to churn out labor for somebody even if it takes up the majority of our waking hours? Sure 🥴
As pointed out elsewhere around these comments, this looks like another classic example of enshittification. Just like everything that's invented, it often starts out with a fairly solid design--it couldn't succeed without that. Once the success is captured, they can start dissecting the design and figure out what parts can be made with cheaper materials (common example: replacing metal w/plastic) and/or cheaper tech. From that point it's iterations of further cuts to material and tech until it's the cheapest, flimsiest version that can still function well enough to outlast the warranty. I've been in my field long enough (appliance repair) to see generations come and go and it often runs that route. Sometimes design flaws get fixed during the process, but rarely does the product itself get better or more durable in the long run.
