They did run one. AI art had quite a few slots, and this AI slop won. Real art was contributed but didn't win

Edit: Turns out it was all AI.

They were clear it was AI from the start.

The guy held a competition for the image where the stable diffusion community was allowed to participate. Many AI images were put into the competition and this one won.

To be clear this was done publicly. You can still see it in the agora.

As you can see I'm not on sh.itjust.works anymore. Really wish the instance didn't allow AI that just spat in the face of the real artists that gave their contributions. Doubt anyone's gonna be wanting to contribute to it though as they've shown a love for AI

Same as the deer, dichromatic red/green colourblind. Can't differentiate between red and green

A tiger does not know it's orange

Ah shoot, thanks for the correction. I was told by a history major a while back that casting the blade would be cheaper and easier than the nails needed for a hanging platform so forgive my lack of knowledge. Your explination makes sense apologies for the likely misinfo

Last thing, as for sharpness, they were supposed to be sharpened and maintained sharp by the excecutioner. I assume that this wasn't always the case but it was the standard. Executioners even usually owned multiple guillotines so that they could cycle through them when they wore down, repairing and maintaining the ones not in use

Ironically this comment is entirely against the concept of the guillotines which were invented to ensure equality in executions. Whether noble or common we all got the quickest death, beheading. No more of the terrible, cheaply made hanging stands which wouldn't break the neck thus slowly strangling the punished.

Much less wood needed for a guillotine as you don't need a platform for the drop. Less metal working, as nails are harder to make than a single large metal blade. Less workers as it can be assembled by one guy. Much less chance of it failing too as once built human error has little chance to cause problems. Pull the lever boy (Gronk). Previously, the hangman could fuck up on the knot which had to be custom to each that died. Weight, height, neck strength, length of the rope, all mattered. Easy to fuck up.

Equality In death.

Edit: assembled, not built. The blade was made by an expert the rest could be made by anyone with experiance working with wood.

And inside, a portal to the water dimension.

Finally, another portal from the fire dimension to the mortal realm.

Water turns to steam inside the fire dimension creating an insulation layer of steam and a layer of water between the two fire dimension X mortal realm portals. Sandwich of chicago-portal->water->latvia-portal. Boom, cheaper than air travel.

Water gets hotquickly still, so you only keep it all together for a small period of time, but jump through and you're a steaming wizard coming out of a portal wherever you want

When they have their own lane and space cars still just use it. They park on the bike lanes, move into them if somebody's passing on their left, or try and pass cars on their right if they find space during slow traffic.

Absolutely needed but people in cars will still cause issues and when they cause issues, it's a multi ton vehical hitting some aluminium and flesh.

Wasn't their great crime revealing that zeus abducted a woman? Guess he'd just start making youtube documenteriess
